Today is all about helping you become aware of your current thoughts and beliefs.

Step 1: Write down the top 3 to 5 conversations you have with yourself (and with others) about about food and your body? Where did you learn those ideas from? You may have to go WAY back in time on this one.

Step 2: Share what came up for your during this exercise in our Break The Rules Facebook community. Did you remember something that you hadn't thought about for years?
