DAY 8: LET IT GO (PART 2)
Step 1: Take a clean piece of paper (NOT IN YOUR JOURNAL) and write down all the judgements, beliefs, and mindsets that get in the way of you having the experience you want. Then, destroy this piece of paper (burn, rip up, shred) to symbolically release these things from your life.
Feel free to say a little prayer as your letting these old beliefs leave you. Notice how it feels to take the first step of setting free the judgements, belief, and mindsets you've held for so long.
