I LOVE pancakes, but I don't love the sluggish feeling I get after eating them. This recipe, using an organic sprouted grain mix, does the exact opposite...I actually get more energy when I eat these. When you add the vanilla and cinnamon, you don't really need syrup. But, if you still want it, make sure it's pure maple syrup and NOT pancake syrup, which is full of high-fructose corn syrup (Yuck!). [yumprint-recipe id='15']
I love turkey burgers...they're good and so easy to make, but after I while I get tired of the same old thing. I was in the mood for something different without a lot of extra effort, so I bought a bunch of cilantro after work today and decided to chop it up and put it into ground turkey with lots of minced garlic.
