DAY 11: Put a little LOVE in your tank

Step 1: Ask yourself "What would it look like if I used love instead of fear to guide my food choices? To guide my decision-making in other areas of my life?". Write down the answer to these questions and be VERY SPECIFIC.

Step 2: Choose ONE thing from that list and put it into action for the next 24 hours. Notice how it makes you feel.
