DAY 12: GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION
Step 1: In your journal or on a fresh document on your computer, write down the either/or statements that plague your mind and turn them into "both and more" statements. Here's an example:
Either/or: I CAN'T workout consistently AND be an attentive mother to my kids.
Both and more: I CAN workout consistently AND be an attentive mother AND be more connected with my partner AND have more time for myself.
Read the "both and more" statements OUT LOUD every day to start to shift your beliefs and give yourself permission to receive.
