DAY 14 MISSION: TRUST YOURSELF
Step 1: For the next 24 hours, listen to what your body is telling you. Get quiet and go into your body (get out of your head). Allow your body to guide your food choices and try not to override it with "I should" or "I shouldn't".
Step 2: Come over to the Break The Rules Facebook community and tell us how it felt to listen to your body. Could you actually hear anything?
