DAY 7 MISSION: LET IT GO
Step 1: Take a piece of paper and write out all the things that cause you stress, anxiety, or feelings of "not enough-ness" when you look at them. Some examples: websites or social media pages you follow, magazine subscriptions, books, etc.
Today, take some deep breaths and unsubscribe, unfollow, rip up or burn the things that have brainwashed you to believe that you have to eat by the rules or look a certain way to be acceptable.
These are the things to remove from your life in order to create the relationship with food and your body that you want.
