DAY 9: CLAIM YOUR WORTH
DAY 9 MISSION:
Step 1: On a piece of paper in your journal or fresh page on your computer, write the following prompt: "Because I am worthy, I deserve...”. Write out all the things you want to have, be, and do. Don't think too hard about this...just keep writing for at least 10 minutes.
Writing is a powerful way to connect your thought to the feelings in your body. This is the first step in changing what you believe you SHOULD have in your life.
