Q. Do I REALLY need a program like this??

If you feel like your old ways of thinking and doing things are no longer working for you and it's time shake things up, then the answer is a big fat YES. If you're happy with the way things are and don't see a reason to change that's ok too. You have the FREEDOM to choose.

Q. Will I lose weight if I take this course?

A. Maybe, maybe not. Weight loss is NOT the focus of this program (see Spoiler Alert above). I'll give you the tools to create a new way of thinking and behaving so that you can feel good in your own skin. The new mindset is the hot fudge sundae...any healthy weight loss that comes with it is just the cherry on top.

Q. Why is the program 6 months?

Major transformation takes time. The goal of this program is to help you change your mindset and your behaviors which does NOT happen over night. Trust me:  6 months in this program will give you the tools that 30 days on a diet or meal plan won't.

Q. What is the investment?

I've designed this program to be VERY affordable. The total cost is $1500 or 6 payments of $250. Many programs that involve one-on-one coaching can cost several hundred (and even thousands) every month. I strongly believe that there is a way to make coaching accessible to everyone.

Q. When do we get this party started?

Enrollment into the program starts on Wednesday, August 19th. The first LIVE (via phone) group class is on Wednesday, September 16th. The individual one-on-one sessions begin the week of September 28th.
